Emily Peters

Born and raised a snowboarder in the prairies there is nothing more exciting for me than the opportunity to serve with a snowboarding and skiing bible school on the mountains of Vancouver BC!

I did my Snowboarders and Skiers Discipleship Training School (SDTS) in Vancouver in 2023 and absolutely loved it! So I decided to stay :) I joined the staff team at YWAM Vancouver in September 2023 and had to opportunity to staff the next SDTS and lead an outreach team to Japan! I loved getting to walk with the students as they learnt more about Christ and how they could be a part of completing His great mission (Matt 28:19). Now, I have taken on the role of leading our DTS's here. I am so exciting for what God has in this next season and to get to walk with another group of students and staff!

I am passionate about Christ, helping others, and loving my brothers and sisters. Serving in Vancouver has been so much fun and I can't wait to see all the amazing things God is going to do!
